I FINALLY found some time to get started on my holiday inventory. Every year I do a few craft shows, and every year I find myself stressed out to make enough inventory. My challenge is that the things that sell at craft shows are not the same things that I stock my Etsy Shop with.

I’ve found that people like holiday themed, small and inexpensive stuff. Every year I tend to go overboard and have too much of a variety, so this year I’m keeping it simple. I’m focusing in on a few things that I think will sell well and have more quantity of those particular items.
The plan this year (I thought) was to get a head start by starting to prepare in early September. Well, here we are more than 1/2 way through and I just started this weekend! Oh well, it’s better than October, I suppose…..
So here is a sample of I was doing all weekend…
Quilted Patchwork Bibs (awesome scrap-buster)
Patchwork Dish Mats
Pin-tuck Pillow Covers
These were my “prototypes”, and I’m pretty happy with the results. So now I just need to focus my energy on quantity!
