It offers up a sweet crunch that packs a lot of nutrition due to the chia, flax, oats and cranberries! My kids love to sprinkle this on their yogurt. I like it in a bowl with a little milk! (The recipe calls for flax meal, but I only had seed on hand which worked just fine.)
Oh, and did I mention that homemade granola makes an AWESOME gift? You can easily swap out ingredients if you want to change up these recipes a bit, but I highly recommend starting out by trying them as written. They are fabulous!
