All custom work requires payment PRIOR to construction of the item(s). Invoices are sent upon confirmation of order via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Payment is required within 48 hours of receipt of invoice.*Customers shipping to a NJ location will be charged 7% state sales tax.
High chair covers ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within the United States. Other items typically ship First Class Mail.
International shipping is available to most places via USPS International First Class Mail which takes several weeks. If you prefer International Priority Mail (10 business days), please let me know. Buyer is responsible for all custom fees, duties and/or taxes. International packages are not insured unless requested by the buyer.
Purchases always ship to the PAYPAL ADDRESS provided. Please make sure that the delivery address is current PRIOR to submitting payment. If you wish to ship to a different location, please provide that information at check out, or email me directly. The buyer is responsible for items shipped to old, incorrect, inaccurate PayPal addresses.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted with 7 days of receipt for ANY reason as long as the item has NOT been used or washed. **The Buyer is responsible for all related shipping costs.**
*Unfortunately, personalized items (embroidered, appliqued names & initials, custom measured high chair covers, etc.) are NOT returnable. If there is a problem with an order, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.
